Red fruits, cherry and sherry apples

An ok blend, smells like whisky and bourbon at the same time, the rye finish helps for the bourbon side. Better than the red label. Probably good for starter of for mixer

First impression, marzipan! Then vanilla caramel smooth and fruity Good bourbon for that price. Way better than the regular Jim beam

This is liquid tobacco! Lots of dried fruits, dates and figs Lovely whisky and of course a good cigar pairing

That old style whisky taste, a lil smoke, oak, peaches, citrus, dust, old vessels, old chairs.

Trying 2 different bottles, one from the 80" and one from 2020. 40 years difference but both bottles freshly open. That review is about the 80" one. In comparison it's more dark and strong That old style whisky hard to describe, smoked but not ashy and very fruity, vanilla cream, raisins apricot jam, oak. To be honest it's very good.
