Tastes

Nose: sherry a lot, smells like Porto wine, vanilla caramel, apricots, oak, chocolate

First I can smell something similar to mint bubble gum, sweet peat, dark chocolate,caramel, vanilla, nuts, saltiness, spices Palate: dark smoke, dark chocolate, spices, salt, meat. Finish going to tobacco a bit of sherry. Quiet nice but not wow

Light peat smoke, red fruits, caramel, sherry, oak, nuts, chocolate, apricots

First of all, Langatun is a Swiss distillery making some different Whiskies and even vodka, rhum, gin... but always with a unique taste. This one is a Peated Whisky and it's now my favourite Swiss Whisky so far! I can smell, sweet peat, salty caramel, peanut butter, peach, grapes, dark chocolate, the usual Langatun herbal note. The taste is strong and similar to the nose, mouth watering, spicy, dry tobacco. Good job ! I need more dangerous drams like this.

Good Whisky with just a hint of smoke

Vanilla chocolate what else? Rockabilly music and good company

Very vanilla caramel. It's an OK one to enjoy at the Pleujouse Castel waiting for my plates !

Nose: in the machir bay way. Grilled Pears, bbq smoke, ananas, peach apricots, see weed. The palate is very sweet and slaty, fruit6 with that smoke around everything. Very dangerous for me since I loved it at the first kiss.
