Neat*** Hot full mouth burn Honey-not much else because of heat With Limestone water*** (capful to 1.5 oz) Much better, still honey with some peanutty after taste. 3rd sip some bland apple. Pepper on middle sides of tongue, no tingle in front, very long honey-nut finish. Found it oily even with water on mouth feel. Finish is one of longest I’ve had honey and oak(not charred oak)
