I get a good amount of brown sugar on the nose, with some hints of cereal grain attached. The palate consists of mainly cereal grains from the nose mixed with some pepper that tickles the palate. The finish is quick and dry, leaving the pepper notes of the palate as the dominant expression. Absolutely enjoyable, only the finish leaves something to be desired due to the richness of the notes that are apparent on the nose and palate.33.99 USD per Bottle

Everything about this bourbon is "little". There is a little bit of vanilla and maybe butter on the nose. The palate has little notes of the same, with a hint of pepper and corn added in. The finish is basically nonexistent. Nothing off-putting, but nothing remarkable or memorable.34.99 USD per Bottle

Lots of banana and vanilla on the nose, a small hint of corn mash. These notes carry over to the palate as well without much complexity being added. There is some very faint heat and spice that moves from the palate through to the finish. Overall, nothing more than your standard Jack, but that does not mean there is anything wrong with it either. Simple, but satisfying.

Kind of a strange pour. A very faint nose, but you pick up hinta of floral notes, cloves, and perhaps even fresh dough. The palate starts off with the same floral notes from the nose and then adds some vanilla and some oak spice. Finish fades quickly and is quite dry. Reminds me most of the Willett Pot Still, but not as engaging.89.0 USD per Bottle

Lots of classic vanilla and caramel notes on the nose. The palate gives you a big dose of rye spice, with some hints of wood and maybe tobacco (think cigar box), with the spice continuing on through the finish. Mouthfeel is somewhat thin, but not at all unpleasant. Overall a nice pour.39.99 USD per Bottle
