Beam is the namesake here who after Prohibition was repealed rebuilt the Clermont, Kentucky distillery in just 120 days.

Tasting Notes
"Vibrant notes of ripe, dark cherry, apple, nutmeg, clove, and vanilla greet the nose with a slight twinge of alcohol. The palate has a fun bite akin to salty malted pretzels. The orchard fruit notes from the nose echo on the palate along with spicy ginger, sharp clove, and nutmeg, edging toward a green apple tartness toward the finish. Ends a bit hot, but that's to be expected. "
