Sweet, vanilla, smooth, a little cinnamon on the finish, spice. Lingering clove.

Sweet vanilla cream, oak, and faint fruit

A bit thin and watered down, but I get banana, maple syrup, charcoal, and an odd medicinal note I can’t quite put my finger on, almost cough drop like. It’s very faint, but it’s there. Side note - JD gets a bad rap amongst whiskey circles, but in a pinch I’d have no problem drinking this neat.

Soft smoke, barrel char, light earthy peat (certainly not to the Islay level), vanilla, apple sauce. Lingering smoke and sweet finish
