Tastes

Salty and briney, beach campfire smoke, bandaid and a little rubber. Salted, smoked fish. Taste is sweet acidic smokey apples and grapes, with a light lingering astringency. Love this

Strawberry shortbread, vanilla, musty wood. Mild spice, viscous sweetness, almost medicinal, and a lingering finish.

Clove, cinnamon, vanilla. The finish is a slight bit astringent, and it lingers. It's also hotter than I anticipated. But this is mighty tasty.

Wonderful vanilla cream soda, with a hint of cinnamon. Rich butterscotch, and a touch of oak.

The aroma changes as I keep going back. Initially hit with the smoke and peat. Then brine. Then a salty beach bonfire. Then banana bread. Then medicinal. Taste is deep and rich, heavy medicinal notes. Smoked plums, sweet caramel, and briney. A long finish. This is a wonderful dram.
