Weller Antique 107 Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 7, 2014 (edited February 19, 2015)I have tried 100's of whiskies. This is the best bourbon for the price. It is only topped in my book by the likes of Pappy and a few others (quite more expensive bottles I might add). 53abv means flavor comes through strong. I always have a bottle of this in my cabinet. If you have not tried, do yourself a favor nod drop the 30$ needed to acquaint yourself. -
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12 Year
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed August 7, 2014 (edited April 24, 2018)The nose on this is luscious red fruit and raisin. Taste is classic glenmorangie with a definite port note. Finish has some room for improvement, but don't hesitate in buying a bottle. You won't be sorry. -
Dalmore King Alexander III
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed May 17, 2014 (edited August 7, 2014)This bottle is 4 stars simply because the price is too damn high! The nose takes you to another plane of the existence, the pallet does not (in my opinion).
