On the nose: Floral notes, like youre sniffing some freshly grown flowers On the palate: Natural Honey was the note I received the most, with hints of earthy spices. The finish: Long and smooth, and similar to the Single Barrel Rye Overall: It’s impressive just how much different this one tastes compared to the regular single barrel select, and I would reccomend pucking this one up if ever at the Old Pepper Distillery!

Reviewed July 13, 2023On the nose: toffee and vanilla On the palate: an oaky honey flavor, with a hint of nuttiness. Pairs together well. The finish: The honey becomes more prevalent with maybe a small hint of of fresh fruit, possibly blackberry Overall: a very smooth bourbon with subtly sweet flavors. Recommend a pickup if you’re looking for a bourbon thats not too harsh and an easy sipping experience.
