    Strong caramel nose, that reminds of a blondie fresh from the oven. Very smooth for a 132.2 proof whiskey. There is the softest hint of oak. It is not too spicy, not too sweet, but very rich.

    A great rye bite for a 100 proof. It is bright with a hint of floral at first. As it warms the throat and mouth, spicy hints of cinnamon and ginger come through. There is a long finish that hints of a warm dark rye bread. This is an amazing value!

    The nose warms you like a camp fire but the taste is soft, like crawling into warm linen sheets fresh from the drier. Everything about this makes me happy. Hints of cherry and orange sit gently on the tongue and are chased away with the spicy rye finish we all love! I never want to crawl out of this warm snuggly bottle!

    Green apple start, bright cinnamon burn, carmel and vanilla finish. Oak comes in after awhile.
