Weller Special Reserve Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 4, 2022 (edited March 15, 2022)I have no idea what the hype is. At best, this is a solid $30-$40 bourbon. At MSRP, if you can find it, is a steal. Anything north of $40 is robbery. -
Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 14, 2021 (edited January 12, 2022)Amazing bourbon for the price. This one is right there with Early Times BiB and Buffalo Trace in my opinion -
Four Roses Single Barrel Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 16, 2021 (edited August 19, 2021)A solid pour no matter the occasion. The distiller reviewers tasting notes are spot on. I love the long finish. Very satisfying -
This one surprised me on how delicious this was. Knob Creek profile, however, the nose is sweet and very pleasant. Unfortunately, as this aired, the flavor profile changed. The sweetness turned more pnutty(Jim Beam), hence a lower rating. Worth a try, especially if you love knob Creek, but not worth stocking up on

Barrell Seagrass
Rye — (bottled in) Kentucky, Multiple Countries
Reviewed August 14, 2021 (edited August 15, 2021)If this doesn’t win whiskey of the year or some sort of award, I will be shocked. This is so complex that you may be taken back a bit on the first sip, but I promise after the second you will fall in love. Worth keeping a few bottles in reserve. -
Not a huge fan of the Bran Cereal taste that comes through on this. However, after it being open for about two months, the flavor profile has become a bit sweeter and more enjoyable. Definitely worth picking up. Not worth stocking up on. Larceny has a way to go to get their barrel proof on par with that of other quality bourbons.

Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch C920
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 14, 2021 (edited March 3, 2022)Not entirely sure why the “Expert Reviewer” gave this such a low score. The “C” batch is hands down the best bourbon money can buy. Not only that, is fairly easier to find compared to the Stagg Jr and cheaper. Not saying this is better but, in my opinion, it’s a close second.
