Great smell...not hot smell but more sweet and spicy. Great taste...it bats way above its price point in my opinion.

My first foray into bourbons...was a mainstay for many years but have found others I prefer more. Is a milder taste and still one of two ingrediants in my spritz for special bbq cooks like ribs or pork shoulders on my smoker.

Just tasted more bold or pronounced than regular Makers Mark to me...better finish though.
