Tastes

Nose is floral and brown sugar. This is super unique. Sweet, creamy lychee fruit with wood and floral notes. Almost like a sweet blend of Whistle Pig and Rampur. I like this a lot. 4.12.

Heavy corn on the nose. Corn syrup and wood on first sip. Moderate spice. Creamy mouthfeel. Not sweet, but pleasant flavor profile. Just enough to keep me interested. 3.74.

Light butterscotch on the nose. Reasonably smooth with heavy wood and light apple flavor profile. 3.83.

Not much on the nose. Very light straw color. A little hotter than the 82 proof would suggest. Smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. Floral, light citrus and moldy wood flavor profile. Subtle peach and lemon zest on later taste. 3.4.

Interesting. Oily, buttery mouthfeel like some of my high end favorites without the sweetness that would normally come with these characteristics. Loads of cinnamon on second nose/taste. Hot and spicy. Dry, woody with corn very present. Aftertaste is a little unpleasant but not off putting. 125 proof. 3.9.
