This little fart from Buffalo Trace is silent but deadly. Well maybe its not deadly but drink responsibly. The man sings a song about Tennessee Whiskey but then makes a whiskey blend in Kentucky with a Buffalo (not a white horse) consisting of Canadian Whisky. Thats not a spelling mistake, that’s called being Canadian and there’s your geography lesson for the day class. 🚨🚨SPOLIER ALERT 🚨🚨 There is virtually no chance of this becoming the next Pappy or Blanton’s or Eagle Rare or Buffalo Trace It’s a very smooth, even, simple, easy drinking, country music listening, whiskey. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, its just kinda meh. If you find it, grab it for $40. You’ll drink it, listen to Chris, and then chuckle. Well played Buffalo Trace, well played!

Really, I can’t tell the difference between this and Knob Creek 9, other than its a slighly higher proof. I got this bottle for free but wouldn’t pay this price tag when i can get Knob #9 any time.

A hidden Texas gem. Price point wise, its makes if a 3/5. It lacks depth and compelxity but its still a great, easy sipper. I'm sittin' on the dock of the bay, drinking this neat…Watchin' the tide roll away. If you are just getting into whiskey, this is a must. Try it neat, or on the rocks. Dealer’s choice. A very good whiskey.

110.1 proof smells like vanilla and caramel. Take a sip and you’re punched in the kisser with spicy French Oak. Like Kool-Aid Man breaking through a wall. Oh Yeah! The French Oak dissipates smoothly with a nice tongue tingle and finishes on the back end with a nice lingering apricot flavor. Dear Maker’s Mark, Put a cork in it! For once! Please! A pretty little cask strenght label needs a pretty little bottle with a cork.

Pretty sure Brushy Mountain is still using the same prison recipe for creating this hooch. Thought the idea was cool but first mistake; always try before you pick up a bottle at the BNA airport. Don’t get Dickled; sip it before you unzip…your wallet to pay for…the whiskey.

Wild Turkey 101…good value. Wild Turkey Long Branch. Never again. Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit. Amazing but hard to find. Wikd Turkey Rare Breed. I wish i tried you years ago. You were all hype in my mind and there was always something better to pull from the shelves. So many times I decided on something else. How foolish I was. I have realized the error of my ways. Your are smooth, you are delicous you are a rare breed. Don't go chasing waterfalls. Please stick to the rivers and the lakes that you're used to. I know that you're gonna have it your way or nothing at all. But don’t make the mistake I did. Rare Breed is TLC on any given night.

Floral power punches you in the face. This rye is very strange. The nose matches the first sip. Sweet but florally…it lingers. Its not off putting, just not the rye I was looking for. Also, not the ryes I am used too. I have been to the distillery, it is a beautiful place. Crush your rye dreams and focus on your bourbon.
