Nose: Fruit Tart and cinnamon spice with vanilla. Tate: Stone fruit and vanilla dessert. The spice carries softly throughout and leads you right into a warm holiday finish. Finish: The rye keeps everything meandering around your mouth long after the golds gone down. Beautiful and well balanced. Worth picking up. Long legs.35.0 USD per Bottle

1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 1, 2020 (edited September 25, 2020)Nose: Vanilla and alcohol are right off the bat. Allowing the bourbon to open up a little helps a little with the intensity and allows a banana nut bread/pudding. Palate: Vanilla, honey sweetness with a lingering hint of banana bread. Finish: Caramel, vanilla nut. A drop of water splits the aromas on the nose and actually intensifies the harsh alcohol notes. However, it brings out a beautiful orange flavor on the palate that reminds me of a candied orange.49.0 USD per Bottle -
Nose: Honey, Caramel, Red Cherry Palate: The honey caramel fallow through and open up with a soft oak. Finish: The oak fades softly and you’re left with a sweet desert that reminds me of a chocolate covered cherry. Side note: A drop of water opens the reserve up. A spring floral note can be found on the nose and the palate brings the sweetness of the honey forward. Cheers.39.0 USD per Bottle

Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 29, 2020 (edited August 27, 2020)Nose: Notes of vanilla and brown sugar or apple pie. Palate: The caramel carries through with a lingering honey. The oak is light but still there but perfectly balanced perfectly with the sweetness on the front. Finish: Vanilla and warm pie crust with a hint of spice. This is a very well rounded bourbon and something i would recommend to anyone new to bourbon (if you can find it on a shelf). When people talk about complex, beautiful bourbon, this is what they’re talking about. Cheers.70.0 USD per Bottle
