Disagree with my last review. I get zero burn now. A little honey and vanilla to start off but not much else. This could be a daily neat sipper because of how light and unoffensive it is. Wish it had a little more complexity but to be expected under 100 proof.

A very complex bourbon where every sip could get you alot of oak, a lot of caramel or a lot of spice (sometimes all at once). The mouthfeel is thicker and definitely sticks around although not much very much burn.

This can’t be a cask strength! Super light mouth feel but a butterscotch body with almost a sweet wine aftertaste. Drinks like an 80 proof with zero burn. Impressive!

For a rye, this is great! A mixture of honey and caramel with the typical rye spice putting it together. Had a little lip and throat burn to start but gone once you keep drinking. Great neat drinker!

Very complex and intriguing! Heavy vanilla in the nose and comes in a little in the body but masked by a flavor I can’t pinpoint, maybe fruit and oak. Little spice tingle on the tongue but not very noticeable. Overall very good!

One of the most confusing bourbons I’ve ever had. Tastes so thin like it’s been watered down. I know it’s low proof but still, disappointed. A light caramel and brown sugar taste with a tiny spice and no real mouth feel. Would recommend as a starter bourbon but nothing more which is sad.

Oh that flavor hits you right away. A piney/woodsy/dusty taste. Almost masks caramel sweet undertones. Mouth feel lingers for a while but not too spicy. Just all around interesting but made me want to keep trying it.

Blind - 3.5 - Very sweet vanilla to start but tapers off quickly into some spices and almost an earthy taste. Not much bite at the end. Sweet to start off (brown sugar) but tapers off quickly into some spice and dry fruit (very earthy profile). Dry with not much bite at the end. Once pointed out, definitely see how it’s aged in a sherry barrel.

Heavy proof but I get a very festive taste which is fitting for a Christmas bourbon. A great sweetness with almost a pine flavor coming in at the end. ALOT of baking spice but they fit so nicely!

Mexican Vanilla - 124 Proof - Needs a cube but did this one neat. Crazy vanilla, most I’ve had in a whiskey. Definitely a burn and feel the proof but such a great taste!
