Such a light full proof. I need more but this is sweet, light and intriguing. I’ll check in again

Very sweet to start, especially for an EC. A lot of Carmel and peanuts with a burnt oak. I love it!

Admittedly thought it was churro during the blind but I definitely get the honey now. God it’s so much honey. Just sweetness and burn. I’ll hide it a 4.5 but this is all over the place. Again, so honey.

A dark chocolate body, a very oaky nose and after taste with a very nice sweet burn. Chocolate and vanilla are an amazing mix.

Very sweet and light but a lot of burn at first. A little thicker of a sweetness like maple syrup. I really enjoy this but it’s definitely a little offensive. Too hot for the proof.

Maple barrels - Starts off sweet from the maple but turns a little oaky very quickly after. A lot of spice on the lips which makes sense for a rye. Not offensive but has a kick.

Still such a hard one to judge. Very light and strong but some flavors pop out with every sip. Get alot of smoke and vanilla and every now and then, some apple notes. Very light but very complex.

Orange Zest forward that I like with a little vanilla orange end but the body just doesn’t do it for me this time around. Zero burn which tracks for the proof. Everytime I try, the rating drops a little. I think this is gonna be my Old Fashioned mixer.

Disagree with my last review. I get zero burn now. A little honey and vanilla to start off but not much else. This could be a daily neat sipper because of how light and unoffensive it is. Wish it had a little more complexity but to be expected under 100 proof.

A very complex bourbon where every sip could get you alot of oak, a lot of caramel or a lot of spice (sometimes all at once). The mouthfeel is thicker and definitely sticks around although not much very much burn.
