Great BP Rye. Great people behind it.

Heat, but zero alcohol on nose or palate. Over-cooked caramel, toffee, baking spices (nutmeg), burnt marshmallows, and oak. Holy shit that's good.

It's concentrated Larceny. It's delicious. Toffee, caramel, and charred marshmallows. But... alcohol does show up on the nose and the palate.

Neck Pour over a large rock. Nose: Leather with a hint of black tea and vanilla. Pallette: Nuttiness, rye spice, and char. Surprisingly little bite at this proof. High viscosity. Oily. Medium finish.

A good, young bourbon. Caramel, fruit, and alcohol on the nose. Pallette is a bit softer than the nose, but carries the caramel and green fruit notes. I met the owners of the distillery today, and I'm quite excited about their BIB and older offerings to come.

Nose: Floral, sweet. Palette: Floral, caramel. Not all that complex. A bit thinner than I imagined it would be. Medium finish.

Very nice nose. More viscous than standard MM. Medium to long finish. The proof is nice.

Overwhelming black tea note. Would be a great bourbon if this was dialed back.

Wow. On the nose: Butterscotch, caramel, toffee, and (and let's be honest, alcohol. It's 121 proof) On the palette: Honey, toffee, burnt caramel, burnt marshmallows.

Decent. I pick up an unmistakable medicinal cherry flavor that I'm not a big fan of. Definitely not worth a cent over MSRP in my opinion.
