Adds a nice floral note on top of dessert drinks. Not as effective or pungent as an actual sprig of lavender, but acceptable in the off season.

Regan's shitty hipster cousin from Brooklyn, notably from a NY distillery named after California slang (for some reason).

A classic workhorse bitters. Adds orange aroma to the top of drinks when expressing a peel isn't feasible.

Delicate raspberry flavor and easily overpowered in a cocktail. Too expensive for regular usage, but it comes in a fun bottle.

So damn sweet and floral that it can easily overpower when in a cocktail. Don't use more than a half ounce per 2oz of liquor. Wonderful neat and chilled as a digestif, though.

This is best used for color blending. A quarter ounce in a lime-based drink? Beautiful teal cocktail. A quarter ounce in a grenadine-based drink? Beautiful purple cocktail. Something thick with creme? Beautiful baby blue cocktail. Don't use more than a quarter ounce, though. This stuff does not taste good. Do yourself a favor and buy a better curacao with no food coloring if you want to sip something.

A workhorse bottle for making grasshoppers, and little else.

You only bought this to make white russians. You also only drink white russians because the dude drinks white russians. Kahlua isn't great for much else.
