Tastes

Cinnamon, clove and oak on the palette with quite a bit of honeyed sweetness. A sweet honey nose with charred wood notes. Not as powerful as I expected from a 10 yr bourbon but that is probably because they diluted it to 90 proof. Guessing this would be much better as a barrel proof bourbon or at least 100 proof one.
