Slightly peaty nose evenly complemented by a fruity sweetness. Roasted malt flavors make for a rich body with subtle smoke, and I can almost make out the butterscotch and raisin noted by Distiller's expert review. The finish is short and clean; evanescent

Peaty nose with a touch of vanilla sweetness once mellowed out by water. Not overly smoky, but noticeably herbal and mildly spicy on the palate. Drier, slightly acrid finish.

Incredibly smooth for an Islay scotch - they basically show the rest of the country how it's done - but it retains hints of peat despite a heavy investment in vanilla and honey. I'd argue it's the light body that makes this possible

Fruity and sweet indeed. Very smooth and quite light, with a hint of spice to keep it balanced
