Nose: pepper and herbal Body: oily, dark burned molasses, nutty, tobacco, herbal. super unique character. just not my absolute choice flavor profile. Leather Medium finish, nice burn at 114.

Surprised by this pick! Drinks hotter than 100, great spice to it. Brown sugar, nutty, pepper. Finishing through the nose is fantastic.

nose: its sweet body: nutty, sweet cherry, toffee. sugary. this is really a lot sweeter than i prefer finish: long with good spice nonetheless im surprised by this product. more than i would expect from jim beam
