Reviewed November 7, 2021 (edited July 20, 2022)Beautiful full bodied Wiskey. Nose full of honey and summer berries. Light oak on the first sip, followed by a nice heat. 55% is perfect. Tail has more of an oak and grain taste, with some of the honey from before. Absolute beaut of a sipper. -

Reviewed October 28, 2021"Smooth as Tennessee wiskey" That classic sweetness makes this a smooth, buttery wiskey. Has some spice that typically isn't found in Tennessee. Makes a wonderful mixer for just about anything. Not bad neat either. -
Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Reviewed October 28, 2021 (edited October 29, 2021)Where to begin. Loads of orange and citrus on the nose, honestly smells citrusy, beautiful heat follows that up. Smashes all the typical bourbon notes but it really is special with the citrusy nose. Top notch sipper -

12 Foot Beard Jowl Bristle Whiskey

Reviewed October 17, 2021Hot for only being 45%, alcohol on the nose followed by light oak and very very light tail of honey. Sticks with you after the sip but it leaves an enjoyable floral finish. -
Wood Hat Aged Blue Corn Whiskey
Corn — Missouri, USA
Reviewed September 10, 2021 (edited October 27, 2021)100% blue corn mash bill makes for a very distinct wiskey. Spicy on the nose, floral and light oak comes through. Leads to a mellow tail with loads of... well corn... that sticks around. Good stuff.
