My introduction to Japanese Wiskey. Incredibly smooth, very fruity on the pallet, a world away from the smoky bourbon I'm used to sipping. Cherry and apricot from start to finish, and what a clean finish it has. Leaves the tongue quick and with sweetness.

It's hot. But give it an ice cube and 5 minutes and it's a wonderful sipper.

Loads of wood and charcoal come through loud throughout. No frills just classic oak and hickory taste throughout.

Super sweet nose of vanilla. Sips beautifully and sweet throughout. Full of sugar and some molasses on the tail. Beautiful bourbon

Definitely get the rye heavy mash bill in this uniquely spicy bourbon. Floral on the tail and plenty of classic vanilla comes through even though the spicy rye is present.

Wood and a bit of charcoal on the nose, a bite that isnt soon forgotten. Surprised it wasnt Rye with how hot it is. But with the bite throughout it finishes cleanly. Leaves notes of butterscotch on the tongue

An easy drinking bourbon. Nothing too remarkable, vanilla on the nose.

The aroma immediately takes you to a campfire surrounded by friends, that smoky comfort is present throughout. The nose has light caramel and honey. The toasted spire (which I thought was a gimmick) adds a beautiful oak flavor. A smooth and sweet flavored body. A finish that leaves smoke and buttery caramel on the tounge. Leaves quickly, making you yearn for another sip. Top notch wiskey

Honey and sweet corn on the nose, goes from sweet to spicy and the char comes through on the tail. Spicy finish that leaves quickly.
