Tastes

Bronze color. Brown sugar, stone fruit, and some smoke aroma. Brown sugar, stone fruits, and some tropical fruit notes with charcoal underneath. More charcoal and brown sugar in the somewhat short finish.

Crème brûlée, oak, vanilla, and leather aromas. Wood, vanilla, and some spice followed by leather and more wood in the sweet finish.

Alcohol on the nose followed by wood and brown sugar. Brown sugar, oak, and mint (throughout) followed by heat in the finish. Generally, I am not big on adding water but a few drops broadens the flavors a bit and reduces the heat somewhat although it is still there on the back end of the finish.

Alcohol, sawdust, and cinnamon aroma with some green apple notes. Cinnamon and apple flavor with some sawdust notes. A bit of a harsh finish. Pretty bad.

Pours bright amber. Cinnamon, maple, and oak aroma. Oak with red hots and hot alcohol in the finish. Light, slightly oily body.

Rough, young whiskey. Green apple—almost cider-like—and cinnamon aroma. Tastes of green apples and cinnamon, like apple pie. Overall, gross.
