Way too sweet. I was looking for strong vanilla notes; instead, I got vanilla syrup! Tried cutting it with more bourbon but still too sweet. Black pepper bitters or walnut bitters helped.

Delicate flavour of rose overlaying the traditional gin flavours. Sweet, less bitter than most gins, definitely more of a liqueur than a liquor.

Strong and sweet, flavours of honey and cinnamon. Great with bourbon.
