Rich, viscous, and overall delicious. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof batches never disappoint. A 12 year old cask strength for under $100 is the best value in bourbon. Brown sugar, Heath bar toffee like. Creme brulee and pecan sticky bun-like finish. And the finish lasts forever. I will continue to put these releases up against any bourbon around.

Rich, oily, caramelized brown sugar. Best bourbon I’ve had to date. Super long finish.

The “expert” review on this bourbon is sooo far off. Not spicy at all. Tastes nothing like cinnamon red hots. It’s an easy sipper. S’mores in liquid form.
