Pretty good for a 2 yr bourbon. Fruit nose with toasted oak on the palate. Finish of honey and caramel.

Nose of apple with a punch of orange zest. Slightly peaty. Taste of maple and cinnamon, little more apple. Nice texture and a simple, light finish. Drinkable.

Nose of vanilla and hint of cherry. Peanuts and a little sweet heat on the taste. More oak spice and heat on the finish. Solid sip.

Spicy cinnamon nose. Hint of oak and vanilla. Smooth oily texture. Kick finish with more cinnamon.

Dark chocolate and caramel on the nose. Layers. No surprise you can taste 130+ proof but still smooth. Peanuts and oily texture with a strong but solid finish. Luxury.

Nose of rich caramels and vanilla. Can quickly tell it’s complex and interesting. Sweet palate with chocolate, nuts and more caramel. Like a candy bar that gets better with each bite. Texture is amazing cool and soft. Finishes with a hint of wood and spices.

Nose of butterscotch, barrel spices and some oak. Smooth finish with a hint of chocolate. Very good but aged a few years past prime.

Sweet nose of vanilla, fruit and honey. Soft on the palate, with a delicious cinnamon finish. Smooth for full proof.

Sweet nose of caramel and vanilla, almost like a creme brûlée. Complex. Brown sugar on the palate with a smooth finish with cinnamon.
