The club is an international group of active and retired law enforcement officers who ride their motorcycles around the country together. Booker Noe had a friendship with them for many years and is still an honorary member of the "Heaven 1" chapter.
This batch is comprised of four different production dates and is aged for 6 years, 3 months, and 6 days in four different warehouses. Bottled at 63.7% ABV.

Tasting Notes
"Booker's bourbon releases are expected to bold and spicy, and the Blue Knights edition lives up to that reputation. Look past that spice to find notes of dark chocolate, coffee, almond, and rye. A slightly tart character mars the whiskey slightly, but it's still a solid entry in the Booker's line."
