Tastes

A classic whisky, caramel, pineapple, lingers with rich, sweet notes on the palate. Not peaty, very slight hint of smoke. Probably the best whisky at this price point. 8.5/10

Well rounded whiskey, notes of caramel and vanilla. Has good depth of flavour and strong character. Not smoky at all. Would buy again. 7.7/10

Light smoke, a little weak on the finish. Has alright taste but missing some character. Tastes of alcohol, missing the sweet and deep caramel flavours of a good aged scotch. Okay, but would much prefer the Glenlivet 12 for slightly more money.. 6.7/10

Smooth going down, notes of caramel and vanilla. Not peaty. Very easy to drink, soft on the palate. 7.5/10

Nice strong notes of caramel and oak with a finish of vanilla. Not overly peaty, just a hint of smoke. Good all around. 8.5/10
