Elijah Craig Single Barrel Barrel Proof Bourbon (Private Label)
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed March 9, 2024Liquor Lineup Store Pick Barrel: 6612909 Proof: 126.3 ABV: 63.65 Age: 9 years Smell: Caramel, vanilla and soft milk chocolate come to the front while wet oak and raisen cookies hold the rear together. Toasty char and brown sugar glue it all together. Taste: Char, oak, and brownsuger mix for a classic and robust “bourbon” characteristic. Slight oak spice at the end without dryness. Finish: oak and dark brown sugar stay on the palate. The finish is thick and coating leaving me with “bourbon breath” due to the lingering notes. This drinks hot but there is so much intense flavor that the experice blinds the user to the proof.90.0 USD per BottleLiquor Lineup #2 -
