Tastes

Complex rye, rye forward with spice but sweet on lips and taste. Short finish except higher proof (my version 116 proof) sits at the end for lots of flavor and light warm feel. Very enjoyable!

Nose:brown sugar, vanilla, Carmel and a little black pepper Palate:pepper at first then oak, old oak, cherry,brown sugar cherry then more brown sugar and maybe a little spice but not over the top Finish: warm, full medium to long Great bourbon for sure with enough proof to really be bold. Surprisingly for all the proof the heat seems tame. The proof just adds depth. I bought this at retail, $60 but worth more.

Vanilla and honey and maybe brown sugar. Finish medium long

Tasty but for me not the fav of there I’m trying. Vanilla but light and bitter att same time. Good long finish.

Nose has pear and oak for me. Taste was sweet with a spice and pepper finish with a slight burn. Finish lasts well with a nice warm feel.
