I really like this one. Getting a bit more quintessential bourbon notes than the A121 - caramel, chocoloate, richness.

Great, full character. I think I like it more than the regular rare breed, and that one is great.

Tastes like a piece of wheat bread soaked in tequila. Actually evoleves into what tastes like a piece of rye bread. I also get a raisin note.

The nose is awesome, but the palate falls a little short. Definitely get the John j bowman over this if you can.

I love the full body and heat on this one. Neither are overwhelming. Great flavor.

Super light, yet complex. Made by Sazerac, the parent company of Buffalo Trace. You can taste the similarities, as well as see it in the packaging. Caribou Crossing, Buffalo Trace... hardly seems like a coincidence. Packaging is awesome too. I’d definitely pick it up if you see it.

A change up from the typical bourbon profile. Definitely get like a cornbread, cream corn, something corn vibe here. Not a bad price to try something different.

I get something different every time I try it. It’s great. Just enough heat to let you know it’s there, but has character beyond that.
