Tastes

Nose- Banana’s, caramel, spice, Palate- Spice, but a sweet spice, like a cinnamon, but still get the Rye taste Finish- A decently long finish, with some hints of mint

Nose- Fruit, apples, caramel, vanilla, typical buffalo trace nose to me Palate- Sweet up front, cinnamon and caramel, not a lot of heat Finish- Short, not very long...wishing it was better

Nose- Brown Sugar, molasses Palate- very sweet up front with the molasses taste, has a definite spice to it, also hints of tobacco Finish- long and good I had previously taken two drinks out of the bottle before posting and it definitely opened up over the last three weeks

Nose- Vanilla and some caramel, I also get a snickerdoodle cookie honestly Palate- very sweet once it hits your lips with the caramel taking over Finish- Good finish, not to long but still a good finish!

Nose: Spicy leather and tobacco Palate: sweet corn Finish: sweet, but can’t tell what it is

Banana Nut Bread

Nose- Brown Sugar, and some hints of buttered bread Palate- very sweet when it touches your palate and sweet throughout Finish- smooth and spicy, a little bitter, brown sugar
