Tastes

Smell: Strong oak, caramel, a bit of butterscotch sweetness and fusel notes. Taste: mostly caramel, then oak, diacetyl / sweeter finish. A touch of fusel taste

Nose: green apple, caramel, vanilla, pear. Taste: caramel vanilla on the front, big green apple, caramel, butterscotch in the middle. Very clean finish with almost no bite.

Smell: Grassy, caramel, with a slight brine. Taste: Big oak, peppery smoke on the front. Big tea spice and caramel on the mid, with some grassy notes. No fusel on the back end. Great smoky finish.

Smell: brown sugar mostly. Slight caramel, slight maple. A bit of ethanol / fusel smell, though minimal. Taste: Green / black tea bite on the front. Maybe a bit of mint. Brown sugar on the mid. Not much on the back- very little fusel taste (smooth). Light, maybe a bit of pepper. Deep caramel after taste.

Carmel, cinnamon, oak, black tea. Really big rye spice that hits the back of the tongue on the finish.
