Nice carmel flavor with a little clean slate tang to it. But then the finish just hangs on this big dark vanilla note. Pretty good!

Pretty hot, but not in a fusel / ethynol kind of way - just a straight burn on the tongue but along side some good caramel vanilla nutty flavor. Probably going to use for whiskey coctails

I get a lot of black and green tea in the taste. A bit of white pepper spice, and then a sweet honey- maple syrup (ish) finish. Enjoyable. No phenol alcohol smell or taste. Pretty sweet though

Nose is a really bright cherry, oak, molasses, a bit medicinal. Taste hits pretty hard with the cherry, then the oak. A bit of caramel molasses too. The finish throws me off a bit- there is like a super tannin bite that hits the back of the throat…at least in the bottle i got.

There is something about this one that I will always love. Smell: deep cedar wood, cherry, caramel rounding. Taste: big cedar on the front. Caramel / cherry / vanilla honey in the middle with a strong finish that hangs…almost in a sort of minty way

Smell: toffee, oak, and a touch of cherry medicinal smell. Taste: rich light oak, honey, toffee, caramel. Oak, cheery, sort-of medicinal finish…good though. Sweeter than most bourbons I’ve had

Smell: Strong oak, caramel, a bit of butterscotch sweetness and fusel notes. Taste: mostly caramel, then oak, diacetyl / sweeter finish. A touch of fusel taste

Nose: green apple, caramel, vanilla, pear. Taste: caramel vanilla on the front, big green apple, caramel, butterscotch in the middle. Very clean finish with almost no bite.

Smell: Grassy, caramel, with a slight brine. Taste: Big oak, peppery smoke on the front. Big tea spice and caramel on the mid, with some grassy notes. No fusel on the back end. Great smoky finish.

Smell: brown sugar mostly. Slight caramel, slight maple. A bit of ethanol / fusel smell, though minimal. Taste: Green / black tea bite on the front. Maybe a bit of mint. Brown sugar on the mid. Not much on the back- very little fusel taste (smooth). Light, maybe a bit of pepper. Deep caramel after taste.
