Tastes

Rich Christmas cake/pudding, candied ginger, dry sherry, chocolate and spiciness from the cask. A fine dram.

Sweet with dark fruits and a sherry kick. Spicy oak, but calming on the tongue. A lovely wee dram.

Sweet vanilla and honey. Some bitterness on the finish. Not bad in a highball, but fairly one note neat.
