Reviewed April 21, 2023 (edited June 27, 2023)Nose: Christmas cake, soft serve ice cream and citrus Palate: Hot, arran flavors with sweet cake. Hard to get water to sourit ratio correct. Easy to drown Finish: Long burn without water Comment: As with alot of sherry finishes its hot! Pity. Sample from Horny Pony. -

Nose: Slight heather notes with soft vanilla and pink lady apples. An aniseed waft of Junee’s licorice factory with sugar. Palate: Malt and grass with biscuity overtones Finish: A young, short finish with soight bitterness Comments: This reminds me of a fresh, clean and untouched spring. No dirtiness, no funk. A great gateway scotch for newbies.
