Carmel and nutmeg

Carmel and vanilla on the palette. I keep coming back to this one. Sampled it with Blanton’s single barrel which is very good but there is something about old Forster 1920 115 proof. I expected a substantial burn for this proof, but it s surprisingly smoooooth.
