Wow. I feel like this is what a mix of Pappy 15 and Four Roses Ltd Single Barrel 2014 would end up as. An ancient pine forest with a strong lingering finish. Hats off.

Wow, just wow. How do they pull this off year after year? The Boss Hogs have a special place in my heart and the Samurai is no exception. Make sure to read the story before you sip, the sweet scent of plum comes through on the nose before the complex flavor evolves and finishes in a deep Canadian pine forest. Just remarkable.

Everytime I come back to this I like it more. The deep amber red hue of the red corn gives this such a nice color, and the sweet flavor of the corn lingers on the tongue. Quite remarkable this dram, I plan on finding another bottle.

peaty (surprise surprise) smokey and delicious

Very smooth smokey peat on the nose, gets more intense as you taste. Vanilla on the nose and some sweet pear on the finish. One more please, thanks mom!

A blend of 100 single malts, the nose and palette are complex. Sweet pear, honey, maple syrup - the list goes on! I suppose that’s what happens with 100 malts ;) Cheers Dolly!
