Tastes

This was a VERY solid scotch. It was fruity, briny, sweet and hints of sour. It reminded me of a cloudy beach day with hints of summer farm. Very good and highly recommended.

Very easy and smooth. Like a lemon cake with a side of honey dropped syrup.

It tastes and smells like a gingerbread cookie that's accompanied with an almond and hazelnut coffee with a sprinkle of amaretto around the corner waiting. Very tasty and highly recommended!

I just love the smoke in this, like a campfire! It's very sweet once you get into the middle of the smoke, like a hidden secret sweetness of treasure to be found. May be my favorite middle tier scotch so far!

This was wonderfully sweet, succulent and rich. Very nice and delicious. The nose smelled like a decadent port red wine. Highly recommend

Very well rounded, and if I can use the word soft. It's was pleasantly smooth.

So I have heard a lot about this whisky and really wanted to expand my scotch pallet. I went to a local establishment and asked for a Laphroaig 10 thinking I'd get a 1 oz neat..i receive about a 3oz amount of this........and then the results Im only giving this a 2 because I enjoy the smoke. Everything else you hear and see of this tasting and smelling like band aids and hospitals and seaweed is SPOT on. I don't honestly know why anyone would want to drink band aid but if that's you..go for it!

Wonderful nose and delicious palate. I look forward to the next!
