Significant decline in quality since they quit using a blend of buffalo trace distillate. Oxidizes much better than initial tasting. Orchard fruits, Fuji apples, faint stone fruit aromas, pie crust, light baking spices, young (raw alcohol character), persistent toasted oak flavor.
