This is a good bourbon with complex flavors and solid proof that make for a nice experience each time I drink it. It’s not worth secondary prices, but that’s my general opinion of most Weller whiskeys. This is my favorite of the Weller bunch but I haven’t tried full proof. Overall, a mighty fine bourbon!

This is the bourbon that started my journey. I come back to it often and always appreciate the balance and subtle favors as my palate changes. This is a great daily drinker and I’ll always keep a bottle or two.

Lots of cinnamon and spice with a bit of a bite but for $30 it’s a steal!

Peated, smokey, sweat and full of complex flavor. It opens up quite nicely with a small bit of water or ice. The flavor punches above its weight for MSRP. Laphroaig 10 is a great scotch but Laphroaig 10 cask strength this is the value scotch to beat.

Another great one. Sweeter and less hot than the prior two releases. This is the most consistently good and available high proof release I’ve found.

Another solid expression. ECBP is an amazingly consistent high proof bourbon. This release lives up to the hype.

This Made Me A Believer

This is a good high proof bourbon that stays on the shelf. I was taken by the cherry forward expression and surprisingly mellow bite for the proof. Some might struggle with buying a good but somewhat less complex bourbon but I find it a satisfying pour. Solid deal for $50 and under.

A good one, if you’re lucky enough to stumble upon it. Larceny BP is shaping up to be a great high proof wheater and I’m really enjoying the bottle I have. I think it’s only going to get harder to get but it is a good drink.

This is a good one and could be great, depending on the price point. I’ve bought it for $33 and $50 and that $17 makes a big difference in the value and proposition for this bourbon. It’s an overall good sipper but not worth the hunt or $50+ price point.
