Tastes

Brown sugar and a slight baking spice on the nose. A soft sweetness of brown sugar carries to the initial taste followed by medium finish.

Paired with a La Aroma dr Cuba robusto. Maple syrup and brown sugar dominate the nose and carrying over to the palate. The cigar brights the charred oak finish.

Paired with a 2012 Maduro by Oscar Valladares in the early afternoon. This whiskey is sweet notes on the nose of maple syrup and funnel cake. On the palate a slight hint of vanilla that gives way to baking spice. The addition of a draw on the cigar changes those baking spices to a black pepper and orange peel finish.
