Tastes

On the nose nothing jumps forward other than some soft berry flavors. Tasting brings flavors unlike anything else I’ve ever had. Tons of rich berry and grape flavors with stone fruit also coming to mind. Fruit flavors give way to a slight spice and a shorter finish. It’s a thinner whiskey that’s almost a little too easy to drink but if you like lots of fruit or new and unique flavor profiles, this is the one for you. It’s truly unlike anything I’ve ever had. Great looking bottle too.

Nosing brings hints of vanilla and fruit, but ethanol hides most flavor. Vanilla explodes on the palate with a subtle warmth and hint of woodiness. Toffee and caramel are evident while sipping and you are left with a sweet warmth that sticks around for only a little while. Easy to drink for its elevated proof and great for any wheat whiskey or Wheated bourbon fans.

Strong vanilla oak scents while nosing. Sipping brings a punch of spicy mint and cinnamon with lingering sweet vanilla and oak. Doesn’t hide the proof (in a good way) while sweet and spick oak tannins sticks with you well after each sip. To me, the finish it the best part.

Very pleasant nose with citrusy dark fruits, cherry, and sweet oak. Tasting reveals similar flavor with red fruit being apparent as well as a slight sweet oak spice. Very short finish and an overall thin mouthfeel. Would be very good at a higher proof but just comes across watered down and lacking any real punch of flavors.

Sweet vanilla and s’mores on the nose. Tasting reveals sweet oak and molasses with the perfect amount of spice. Shorter finish and easy to drink, a wonderful dram to relax with.

Some grain notes when initially tasting. Leads into a soft bright fruit characteristic that finishes with a warm cinnamon/maple/oak taste. Medium length finish that warms you up while still being easy to sip.
