Not bad; a beat weak, but easy to drink

Great taste, sharp on the palate, really peaty, nice body, so full of taste, very round, nice finish with peat and a bit of sharpness So good Best Ardbeg I’ve tried Strong finish but doesn’t linger. Bigger sips are good. Great full bodied palate. Awesome. 2nd taste: Great at the start, beauty nose, touch of sweetness, full body, feels like you’re eating it. So nice. But I feel like with all Ardbeg’s there’s this aftertaste that sits at the back of your palate or top of your throat that doesn’t go away. It colours the next sip and the next sip. By the end of the drink, the taste has become cloying and all that sweetness and butteriness isn’t there anymore. I think the drink would be much better with some food to cleanse that rear palate/top of throat.

Great value for money, $105 can’t be beat, nice peat, smoke flavour, sweet and smoky, actually the smoke may be overpowering, it’s mostly what you get, a bit oily, full body.

Nice nose, good palate, sharp finish. Good peaty whisky. Finish is a bit lacking. Not sure what, but there’s something not complete. Nose and palate are good, finish doesn’t being it home. 2nd try, not that bad. Just not peaty/oily enough. Spicy, nice to drink, good feeling but just a bit undercooked.

Mild, easy to drink, nice small peatyness, a bit too easy to drink. 2nd try, stronger the 2nd time around. Nice sharpness, great long finish, lots of complexity. Sweet nose. Nice palate, enjoyable

Smooth, sweet, not peaty, spiced, nice, I like this one. Short finish, a bit spicy on the end, lingers the longer you keep it on your palate. 2nd tasting. A little too sour, long-lasting. Something a bit off on this one. Needs more peat and oil. A bit sharp for m y taste. Strong tasting.
