Tasted neat in a Glencairn. Nose is sweet. Brown sugar, vanilla, dark fruits, some vanilla and creme brulee? Taste is smooth and sweet as well. Almost the same as the nose, but more dark fruit is present. Mouthfeel is syrupy and full. Long finish. Have to try this a few more times to get a better description.

My first delve into Irish Whiskey. Wanted to stay away from the typical Jameson for my first. This is dangerously smooth and very complex with only a little oak spice and very little alcohol burn at the end. Usually a bourbon drinker, but I may have to seek out more single pot stills in the future.65.0 USD per Bottle
