Had a neck pour at the bar, $15.50 per pour, so I am not sure how accurate this is. Might have to try it again to get a better read on it. Smooth, some oak, butterscotch/carmel, citrus, cinnamon, and the usual vanilla and sweetness of corn. Some rye spice as well. Medium body and oily. If I can find this, I would pick up a bottle to see how it evolves over time.

Bushmills 16 Year Single Malt
Single Malt — Ireland
Reviewed August 28, 2019 (edited April 30, 2020)Probably the most unique Irish I've had to date. Taste is almost like a scotch and Irish was blended together. Smooth, buttery, some smokiness, and lots of fruit. Finish tastes like a mix of apricots and pears. Usually a Redbreast guy, but I may have to try other Bushmill products out. Only negative is the low abv. $28 a pour
