Was a slightly more refined version of buffalo trace but spicer. Might actually buffalo trace which isn’t as spicy but more complex. Need to try again. Could be an ok everyday but was nothing worth noting after trying. As of now wouldn’t purchase over buffalo trace

A solid entry level young rye. Spicy at first with a slow warm finish. spices, clove. Clean smooth simple and young nose, a little too light on complexity to be high quality but a solid and enjoyable everyday or cheaper whisky. $35 would buy again and keep around. Try nicer versions of this mash bill
