Smooth and spicy, not too sweet , a great down the middle bourbon with a little bite

Smooth, not too sweet and a slight bite. A great down the middle bourbon

Has a charred taste from the charred oak barrels. Definitely has smells of corn. A bit of a bit. A down the middle bourbon w some rough smokiness

Spicy with a definite bite. Can taste the sweetness of the corn but even after adding an ice cube, still had a good bite to it - reminded more of a rye than bourbon. Not bad but nothing to write home about

This got me into single malts. Extremely sweet and easy to drink. Only thing I’d prefer over this is the original rate cask
